Basque electronic tolls canceled - Update.

The Provincial Council of Guipuzcoa announced (notice) that the tolls on N1 and A-15 will continue to be collected and that
an appeal against the decision to cancel these tolls will be filed.
Update regarding the news published on Friday (04/13/2018), which informed us that the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPB) has just canceled the toll collection on A-15 and NI in Guipúzcoa, for that they do not conform to the law.
The decision from a judicial body is due to the representative associations of the transport sector (CETM, and other members of the CNTC), that on January 12, 2017 filed a Contentious-Administrative appeal against Norma Foral 7/2016, dated 15 December, according to which the collection of tolls on the roads concerned was regulated.
Government entities in the Basque Country now have 30 days to appeal.
