France: Survey of Restrictions to Circulation.
Portugal
By legislative decree, the French government decided to lift the traffic restrictions scheduled for May 8 (national holiday).
Thus, the restrictions on general circulation, scheduled between 10:00 pm on May 7 and 10:00 pm on May 8, will not be applied. The decision of the French government is based on the fact that during the same week two holidays (8 and 10 May) took place, which would cause the restrictions to remain long times of fleet standstill. Despite the lifting of the restriction decreed, and in accordance with what is defined in article 2 (
see the French decree), the Défense et de Sécurité Perpetrators of the défense or zone may, at local level, re-establish all or part of the prohibitions of the road network within its area of jurisdiction and for all or only some of the affected vehicles.
